A little about my credentials:

"I completed my Masters in Counseling Psychology from Christ University, Bangalore. My foundation as a therapist is based on hope and grace.

My therapy approach:

Whether your present life feels unmanageable, or the hurt from your past comes back and causes pain, there is hope. Reaching out for help is the first step to making positive changes in your life. As a therapist, my goal is to provide you with a safe and non-judgmental space in which you can share, explore, and achieve greater self-awareness. Our therapy sessions would be conversational and collaborative, aimed at helping you understand yourself better.

What I do when not at work:

When not at work, I love to spend time with family and friends, listen to music, rack my brains on games and puzzles and experiment with new recipes."
