The unprecedented health crisis has not only massively impacted the health of people across the globe, but it has also completely altered how the society used to function. Our work routines have changed, so have our eating habits and social calendars. To combat the anxiety and stress during these testing times, TOI reached out to Charvi Jain, who is a Counselling Psychologist and the founder of Over a Cup of Tea, a Psychological Wellbeing Centre.

iCall a helpline run by Tata Institute of Social Sciences recently launched an initiative via a Google form (which is still accepting responses), to compile a crowdsourced list of mental health professionals across the country who are trustworthy. They launched the first edition on Christmas with 95 responses across several cities. The list has now crossed 100 responses of professionals including Charvi Jain, founder of Over a Cup of Tea.
